Revised automatic setpoint change. The proposed approach is essentially the approach used by most controllers of eCCR ('upshift' on descent, 'downshift' on ascent), so that the OSTC4 when used as a backup computer for eCCR will make the changes at the same time as the eCCR itself.

CCR overview in surface mode. Makes it easy to quickly check that all settings (mode, setpoints, diluent, scrubber timer) are correct when preparing to dive (also makes the OC gas list available in surface mode for the same reason).

Deactivation of the 'fallback' option when the CCR mode is set to 'Fixed' - this makes it a little clearer that the option has no influence in this mode.
