Restructure UART based sensor handling:
In the previous version every UART sensor instance had its own protocol handling instance (requests, timeout, errors). With the introduction of the multiplexer these functionalities had to be harmonized. E.g. only one errorhandling which is applied to all sensors. In the new structure the sensor communication is split into one function which takes care for the control needs of a sensor and one function which handles the incoming data. The functions behalf the same independend if the sensor are connected to multiplexer or directly to the OSTC.
Second big change in the external sensor concepts is that the data processing is no longer focussed at the three existing ADC channels. Every external sensor (up to 3 ADC and 4 UART) sensor has its own instance. If the ADC slots are not in use then they may be used for visiualization of UART sensors by creating a mirror instance but this is no longer a must.

489 | 1 # How to Make an Uploadable Firmware File for the OSTC4 # |
2 | |
3 Generated BIN files from the SMT32 Workbench need modification in order to be installed via the OSTC Companion onto the OSTC4.
4 | |
5 ## Build Command Line Tools ##
6 | |
7 These can be found in /ostc4pack (For Windows, CPP sources available)
8 | |
9 ## Run the Tools Manually ##
10 | |
11 1. Copy generated BIN files (From the Release or debug directory) into /ostc4pack. Or: Modify .bat files to point to your Release or debug directory.
12 2. run step1_create_OSTC_RTE_upload.bat and/or step1_create_OSTC4_firmware_upload_bin.bat (Depending on which part you made changes)
13 3. run step2_create_OSTC4update_bin.bat to create final OSTC4update_xxxxxx.bin, with xxxxxx being the current date in YYMMDD format. This will add important checksums required for the OSTC4's bootloader to accept the file.

15 ## Upload this file with the OSTC Companion software to the OSTC4 ##
